Return Policy
All custom garments are not returnable and cannot be exchanged. If we make a mistake, rest assured we will correct it immediately to a happy end result. We will always make it right. Due to the customization of all of our garments, please make sure your choices are exactly as you want them before you purchase.
Our goal is always quick turnaround and efficient receipt. Therefore, once an order is processed and in production, we cannot make any changes to that order. Additions will be handled as a separate order and will be processed immediately.
Please note that colors shown on the website and in gallery photos may not exactly match the actual fabric color due to variations in fabric, printing inks, and screen resolution. If you would like a fabric swatch of your design, please let us know. While digital sublimation printing is precise, slight color variations can sometimes occur.
